RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty or Incorrect Goods
We accept returns where goods supplied by GameOn Motorsports are:
If your order arrives faulty or incorrect, please notify us within 30 days of receipt by phone or email. Where the issue is confirmed to be the fault of GameOn Motorsports or the manufacturer, we will offer an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.
Liability is limited to the product supplied and does not extend to damage to vehicles, engines, or other components.
Warranty Assessment Process
All warranty claims are subject to inspection and assessment. Where required, products may be forwarded to the manufacturer or supplier for testing and verification.
GameOn Motorsports remains your point of contact throughout the warranty process. Timeframes for assessment and resolution may vary depending on the nature of the product and supplier requirements.
If an immediate replacement is required prior to warranty assessment, the replacement item and associated freight costs must be purchased upfront. A refund or credit will be issued if the warranty claim is approved.
Motorsport & Competition Use
Many products sold by GameOn Motorsports are designed for motorsport, race, or off-road competition use and are subject to increased stress, heat, vibration, and wear.
Warranty does not apply to failures or damage resulting from:

Incorrect installation or wiring

Improper tuning, calibration, or configuration

Vehicle condition or supporting component failure

Motorsport or competition use beyond manufacturer design limits
Performance outcomes and component lifespan will vary depending on application and use.
Change of Mind & Exchanges
Change-of-mind returns or exchanges are accepted at our discretion where:
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return postage costs. Items returned used, opened, installed, or damaged will not be accepted.
