WARRANTY DISCLAIMER & MOTORSPORT USE NOTICE

Motorsport / Competition Use Only

Unless expressly stated otherwise, products supplied by GameOn Motorsports are intended for off-road, motorsport, race, or competition use only. These products may not be legal for use on public roads and are not designed, tested, or certified for everyday road use.

By purchasing and installing motorsport or performance products, the customer acknowledges and accepts that such products are subject to increased stress, wear, and risk of failure due to their intended application.

Warranty Limitations

Any warranty offered by GameOn Motorsports is void if the product:

• Has been modified, altered, repaired, or tampered with

• Has been incorrectly installed or installed contrary to manufacturer instructions

• Has been misused, abused, or subjected to abnormal operating conditions

• Has been used for a purpose other than that for which it was designed

• Has been damaged due to vehicle condition, tuning, calibration, wiring, fabrication, or external factors beyond our control

GameOn Motorsports does not warrant or guarantee product performance, durability, or suitability for any specific application. We have no control over installation quality, vehicle setup, supporting components, tuning, operating conditions, or end-use.

Exclusion of Liability

Liability is limited to the product supplied and does not extend to damage to engines, vehicles, or other equipment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GameOn Motorsports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue

• Loss of use or downtime

• Damage to engines, driveline components, vehicles, or other equipment

• Cost of removal, installation, tuning, diagnostics, or replacement goods

• Claims made by third parties

All risk associated with the installation and use of motorsport and performance products rests with the purchaser.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Warranty Disclaimer excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available to you under Australian Consumer Law.

Where a product is found to be faulty in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, GameOn Motorsports will honour the applicable remedy as outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Warranties do not apply to faults caused by misuse, incorrect installation, modification, or motorsport use beyond the manufacturer’s intended design parameters.
