AERO TIG Test Fixture – Precision Aerospace Weld Certification

Ensure your welds meet industry-standards with the AERO TIG Test Fixture, built for aerospace-grade accuracy and certification work. Designed for rigorous testing in positions 1G through 4G, this fixture supports steel welds under ISO 3690 diffusion hydrogen requirements and helps maintain weld integrity through distortion-free performance.

Key Features:

  • ISO 3690-compliant design for diffusible hydrogen tests in steel welds.

  • Billet 6061 aluminum manifold block and carbon steel clamping plates with high-tension M12 cap screws give durable, stable construction.

  • Clamping system allows coupon gauge up to 3/8" (≈ 10 mm) or greater, with sample length of 230 mm (9″).

  • Manifold with single port for argon gas or water-cooled option (AERO H₂O) for prolonged or heavy certification usage.

  • Gas port: 1/4″ BSPT, back purging supported with 100% effectiveness.

  • Work-side fixture plate has extended skirt for ergonomic welding; massive heat sink effect in block and clamping plates ensures minimal distortion.

Returns Policy 
Please choose your products carefully, as GameOn Motorsports will not refund processed and dispatched orders unless they are compromised in some way or unless otherwise stated.


Returns are only available for dispatched orders that contain supplied goods that are wholly or partly defective in appearance, incorrectly packaged or sent in error by fault of GameOn Motorsports, or the goods fail to operate in accordance to their specification or duration period.
Should the need arise to return a product or products please advise us by phone 0434 162 858 or email us at sales@gameonmotorsports.com.au within 7 days of the date of receipt of your order. GameOn Motorsports will resupply your order promptly or any part thereof freight free in instances upon receipt of the returned goods which are in error by fault of GameOn Motorsports or obviously defective from manufacture.


Exchange of items is offered only when the product is unused, package is not opened and within 7 days of the date of receipt. The credit will not include any shipping and handling charges forming part of the purchase price. Customer must pay the return postage and must ensure that the returned Goods are received by GameOn Motorsports in as-new or as-shipped by GameOn Motorsports condition, exchange will be refused if GameOn Motorsports has not received communication on the product being returned.


Warranty returns which are in question of being faulty in appearance or performance by the customer are subject to our initial inspection and will be forwarded on to our supplier for a full warranty claim. If an immediate substitute part is required, the replacement item plus freight costs will be need to be purchased by the customer again until the warranty claim can be fully processed by our supplier.


In the event of an exchange part return, warranty claim credit or refund we will contact the customer directly either via phone or email for details of reimbursement preferably using secure online bank to bank transfer method.


To assist us with any returns please provide us with the following details: your full name and address, product details, invoice number, date of purchase, and the reason for return. Upon receipt of this information we will contact you with the preferred method of goods return if the item cannot be returned by post.
