Key Features:
- Compatibility: Suits common US-style Delco/Bosch GM alternator connectors. Pre-wired to connect directly to the OEM 7 Pin Coil Harness Connector. WBC1/2 CAN O2 Wideband Controller ready (Controller and sensors not included). Manual transmission only.
- Includes: Elite 2500 ECU with Drive-By-Wire (DBW) and Race Functions, engine harness with fuse block, firewall grommet, USB programming cable, and USB Software Key.
- Advanced ECU Functions: The Elite 2500 ECU supports 1 to 12 cylinder engines, 2 to 4 rotor engines, and both normally aspirated and forced induction setups. Features include drive-by-wire throttle control, intake and exhaust cam control, dual channel knock control, and more.
- Harness Features: Fully color-coded and labeled wires for a confusion-free installation process. The harness supports extensive tuning capabilities and engine performance modifications.
- User-Friendly: Comes with a quick start guide, full ECU manual, and software for easy installation and configuration.
Notes:
- Ensure to confirm your alternator connector and order an alternator adapter if required (HT-040090 or HT-040091).
- Ignition coils and harnesses are not included. Please order 8 x HT-020102 and/or HT-045657 if needed.
- When installed with a Haltech Elite ECU, the system opens up virtually limitless performance tuning possibilities.
ECU Overview:
The Haltech Elite 2500 is a stand-alone, two-connector ECU, perfect for late model performance and racing applications. It features a robust, environmentally sealed water-resistant IP67-rated case and is now paired with the new Nexus Software Programmer (NSP), offering unprecedented levels of functionality and user-friendliness.
- Supports: 1 to 12 cylinder engines, 2 to 4 rotor engines, normally aspirated or forced induction.
- Injection Patterns: Staged, sequential, semi-sequential, batch, or multipoint.
- Ignition Systems: Distributor ignition systems, multi-coil systems, expand CDI range, or Haltech Multiplex CDI systems.
- Connectivity: Connects to a wide range of display dashes and expansion devices via CAN. Waterproof case with pocket cover fitted.
- Outputs: 8 fuel injection outputs, 8 ignition outputs, 12 digital outputs, 10 analog voltage inputs, 4 synchronized pulsed inputs, 4 dedicated inputs (dual knock, ignition switch & onboard MAP sensor), and 2 dedicated engine position inputs with extensive trigger type support.
- Expansion: Up to 45 channels of input and output (I/O) expansion via CAN.
- Communication: USB laptop communication (Windows) using the new NSP Calibration Software.
Harness Features:
This harness, when installed in conjunction with a Haltech Elite ECU, opens the door to virtually limitless performance modifications and tuning of your vehicle. Fully programmable systems allow you to extract all the performance from your engine by delivering precisely the required amount of fuel and ignition timing that your engine needs for maximum output under all operating conditions.
ECU Functions:
- Drive by Wire Throttle Control (DBW): Requires 2 user-defined outputs and 4 user-defined inputs.
- Low Impedance Injector Control: Programmable injector peak and hold currents and programmable peak time.
- Flex Fuel Function: Tune your engine’s boost, fuel, and ignition by ethanol content.
- Fuel Type Flexibility: Flexible tuning setup for petrol (gasoline), LPG, methanol, and ethanol.
- Closed Loop O2 Control: Dual bank control for precise tuning (with optional external CAN O2 Wideband Controller Kit).
- Dual Channel Knock Control: Synchronised to engine position with high-speed digital filtering for accurate detection.
- Variable Cam Control: Independently control up to 4 camshafts with a minimum of 1 user-defined input and output per variable cam.
- Closed Loop Idle Speed Control: Requires 1 or 2 user-defined outputs (BAC type) or 4 user-defined outputs (stepper motor type).
- Long Term Learning (Auto Tune): On fuel, ignition, cam, boost, and idle control maps (up to 4D).
- Data Logging: On-board data logging of up to 40 channels at sample rates up to 5ms (200Hz) with 2MB of internal memory. Laptop data logging of all available channels directly to your laptop’s hard drive for tuning and diagnostics.
- Dual CAN Bus Communication: For Haltech dashes and expansion devices, supported OEM CAN & OBDII (view live engine data and set/clear diagnostic trouble codes).
- Injection Stages: Up to 4 with individual injector flow rates per injector. 8 injector drivers for 2 sequential stages on 4 cylinder and 3 rotor engines, and up to 4 sequential stages on 2 rotor engines.
- Anti-Lag/Rotational Idle: For closed-course racing, rally, circuit, or drift. Build and maintain boost during closed throttle conditions.
- Rolling Anti-Lag: Lock to your current (or pre-set) RPM or road speed for roll racing or pit lane limiting.
- Launch Control: Control your engine’s power delivery, RPM, and boost for consistent performance at the start line.
- Traction Control: Control your engine’s power output via mappable front vs rear axle or individual wheel speed slip.
Advanced Tuning:
- Tuning Table Resolution: Up to 32 x 32 x 8.
- Limitless Tuning Flexibility: Tune your engine by a combination of 4D tuning tables combined with 3D per cylinder compensations and multiple user-definable corrections.
- Per Cylinder Tuning Correction: 3D.
- Wideband O2 Control: Connect up to 9 channels via CAN expansion devices.
- Thermocouples/EGT (Exhaust Gas Temperature): Connect up to 12 channels via external CAN expansion devices.
- Engine Protection: Set advanced multi-level limits for sensors and protect your engine against common causes of failure.
Race Functions:
- Nitrous Control: Advanced programming of up to 6 stages of wet or dry nitrous kits with on/off delays and banked control options. Fuel and ignition corrections for all stages.
- Boost Control: Intelligent 4D closed loop, with learning, flexible user-definable axis, and 14 fully user-definable boost target and duty cycle corrections.
- Modes: Example boost by gear, road speed, race timer, shock travel, ride height, etc.
- Sequential Turbo Control
- CO2 Boost Control: Wastegate pressure and position, intake air bleed control (charge pipe wastegate) functionality for the hardcore racer.
- Flat Shift: Optimise your shifting precision via a combination of inputs such as a clutch switch or strain gauge.
- Shock Travel/Ride Height Inputs: Allow dynamic tuning and data logging to assist in chassis development and power delivery.
- Timer Functions: Use the combination of the race timer and 5 additional programmable timers for time-based control of multiple engine parameters, power delivery, and other user-definable functions.
- Trans Brake Function: Allows smooth and consistent control of start line staging (bump or creep).

Returns Policy
Please choose your products carefully, as GameOn Motorsports will not refund processed and dispatched orders unless they are compromised in some way or unless otherwise stated.
Returns are only available for dispatched orders that contain supplied goods that are wholly or partly defective in appearance, incorrectly packaged or sent in error by fault of GameOn Motorsports, or the goods fail to operate in accordance to their specification or duration period.
Should the need arise to return a product or products please advise us by phone 0434 162 858 or email us at sales@gameonmotorsports.com.au within 7 days of the date of receipt of your order. GameOn Motorsports will resupply your order promptly or any part thereof freight free in instances upon receipt of the returned goods which are in error by fault of GameOn Motorsports or obviously defective from manufacture.
Exchange of items is offered only when the product is unused, package is not opened and within 7 days of the date of receipt. The credit will not include any shipping and handling charges forming part of the purchase price. Customer must pay the return postage and must ensure that the returned Goods are received by GameOn Motorsports in as-new or as-shipped by GameOn Motorsports condition, exchange will be refused if GameOn Motorsports has not received communication on the product being returned.
Warranty returns which are in question of being faulty in appearance or performance by the customer are subject to our initial inspection and will be forwarded on to our supplier for a full warranty claim. If an immediate substitute part is required, the replacement item plus freight costs will be need to be purchased by the customer again until the warranty claim can be fully processed by our supplier.
In the event of an exchange part return, warranty claim credit or refund we will contact the customer directly either via phone or email for details of reimbursement preferably using secure online bank to bank transfer method.
To assist us with any returns please provide us with the following details: your full name and address, product details, invoice number, date of purchase, and the reason for return. Upon receipt of this information we will contact you with the preferred method of goods return if the item cannot be returned by post.
