Ditch that tired SR Alternator that is almost 3 decades old and step into a world of reliability. The alternators on the Nissan SR series engines came with an output of 70-90Amps. The LS1 alternator itself are 1kg heavier when compared to the OEM unit due to the extra windings to produce a higher amperage output but overall the complete kit including the block bracket, adjuster and hardware are 1kg lighter inclusive of the 2kg weight saving of the PRP kit over OEM.
With today's technology and horsepower figures being constantly pushed, an average street car can easily consume even the full 90amps by making even the most minor modifications such as, Aftermarket ECU's, Additional Fuel Pumps, Upgraded Ignition Hardware or even a simple set of headlight upgrades.
Platinum Racing Products has specifically designed this kit to eliminate the requirement of both alternator bracket, conversion bracket and the rusty old engine block bracket when upgrading to LS1 Alternators. Our kit comes fully integrated with a new 5 axis machined billet block adaptor bracket and the adjuster bracket making for super simple and amazing looking installation which mounts the alternator as close to the block as possible.
This kit can be installed in a short amount of time with ease and comes with:
- PRP Custom Billet Alternator Bracket
- PRP Custom Billet Block Adaptor Bracket
- Adjusting hardware to suit
- 20% Under driven Alternator Pulley to suit SR 5 rib belts
- Optional LS1 Alternator (either OEX or Genuine GM/Mitsubishi [GM92058857])

GameOn Motorsports warranties are void when the product in question has been physically altered, improperly installed, used or otherwise damaged due to no fault of GameOn Motorsports or has not been used for the said purpose it was intended or for which it was designed. GameOn Motorsports does not warrant the performance of the products due to lack of control during product installation and usage.
GameOn Motorsports shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, damages or loss of other property or equipment, loss of profits or revenue, cost of purchased or replacement goods, or claims of customers of the purchaser which may arise and/or result from the sale, installation or use of these parts.Â
Returns PolicyÂ
Please choose your products carefully, as GameOn Motorsports will not refund processed and dispatched orders unless they are compromised in some way or unless otherwise stated.
Returns are only available for dispatched orders that contain supplied goods that are wholly or partly defective in appearance, incorrectly packaged or sent in error by fault of GameOn Motorsports, or the goods fail to operate in accordance to their specification or duration period.
Should the need arise to return a product or products please advise us by phone 0434 162 858 or email us at sales@gameonmotorsports.com.au within 7 days of the date of receipt of your order. GameOn Motorsports will resupply your order promptly or any part thereof freight free in instances upon receipt of the returned goods which are in error by fault of GameOn Motorsports or obviously defective from manufacture.
Exchange of items is offered only when the product is unused, package is not opened and within 7 days of the date of receipt. The credit will not include any shipping and handling charges forming part of the purchase price. Customer must pay the return postage and must ensure that the returned Goods are received by GameOn Motorsports in as-new or as-shipped by GameOn Motorsports condition, exchange will be refused if GameOn Motorsports has not received communication on the product being returned.
Warranty returns which are in question of being faulty in appearance or performance by the customer are subject to our initial inspection and will be forwarded on to our supplier for a full warranty claim. If an immediate substitute part is required, the replacement item plus freight costs will be need to be purchased by the customer again until the warranty claim can be fully processed by our supplier.
In the event of an exchange part return, warranty claim credit or refund we will contact the customer directly either via phone or email for details of reimbursement preferably using secure online bank to bank transfer method.
To assist us with any returns please provide us with the following details: your full name and address, product details, invoice number, date of purchase, and the reason for return. Upon receipt of this information we will contact you with the preferred method of goods return if the item cannot be returned by post.
