Building on the success of the award-winning eSG50, the eSG76 utilizes a patent-pending design that eliminates the need for reference hoses, springs, and diaphragms. Instead, it offers full electronic control via a servo motor and TurboSmart’s zero-backdrive gearbox, ensuring lower current demands and stable operation even under extreme drive pressures. Onboard sensors provide real-time data on actuator temperature and valve position, available in both analog and digital formats.
The innovative design of the eSG76 centers around a self-balanced, zero-offset butterfly valve, which handles exhaust drive pressure equally on both sides, making actuation against high drive pressures more efficient. This results in a wider tuning window, allowing for precise boost control from zero to maximum levels. The straight-through valve design significantly enhances flow efficiency compared to traditional poppet-style valves, which require a 90-degree turn of the exhaust gas.

What is a StraightGate? The TurboSmart StraightGate is an advanced external wastegate using a zero-offset butterfly valve for boost control. Unlike traditional poppet-style wastegates that turn exhaust gas 90 degrees, the StraightGate's design allows for much more efficient flow, significantly improving performance for any given valve size.
What is an Electronic Wastegate? TurboSmart electronic wastegates are fully actuated electronically through a servo motor and patented zero-backdrive gearbox, removing the need for boost reference hoses, springs, and diaphragms. This provides full control under all conditions, offering a broader boost window without the limitations of traditional spring-based systems.

GameOn Motorsports warranties are void when the product in question has been physically altered, improperly installed, used or otherwise damaged due to no fault of GameOn Motorsports or has not been used for the said purpose it was intended or for which it was designed. GameOn Motorsports does not warrant the performance of the products due to lack of control during product installation and usage.
GameOn Motorsports shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, damages or loss of other property or equipment, loss of profits or revenue, cost of purchased or replacement goods, or claims of customers of the purchaser which may arise and/or result from the sale, installation or use of these parts.
Returns Policy
Please choose your products carefully, as GameOn Motorsports will not refund processed and dispatched orders unless they are compromised in some way or unless otherwise stated.
Returns are only available for dispatched orders that contain supplied goods that are wholly or partly defective in appearance, incorrectly packaged or sent in error by fault of GameOn Motorsports, or the goods fail to operate in accordance to their specification or duration period.
Should the need arise to return a product or products please advise us by phone 0434 162 858 or email us at sales@gameonmotorsports.com.au within 7 days of the date of receipt of your order. GameOn Motorsports will resupply your order promptly or any part thereof freight free in instances upon receipt of the returned goods which are in error by fault of GameOn Motorsports or obviously defective from manufacture.
Exchange of items is offered only when the product is unused, package is not opened and within 7 days of the date of receipt. The credit will not include any shipping and handling charges forming part of the purchase price. Customer must pay the return postage and must ensure that the returned Goods are received by GameOn Motorsports in as-new or as-shipped by GameOn Motorsports condition, exchange will be refused if GameOn Motorsports has not received communication on the product being returned.
Warranty returns which are in question of being faulty in appearance or performance by the customer are subject to our initial inspection and will be forwarded on to our supplier for a full warranty claim. If an immediate substitute part is required, the replacement item plus freight costs will be need to be purchased by the customer again until the warranty claim can be fully processed by our supplier.
In the event of an exchange part return, warranty claim credit or refund we will contact the customer directly either via phone or email for details of reimbursement preferably using secure online bank to bank transfer method.
To assist us with any returns please provide us with the following details: your full name and address, product details, invoice number, date of purchase, and the reason for return. Upon receipt of this information we will contact you with the preferred method of goods return if the item cannot be returned by post.
